Call To Action!

The Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Services Act (Act 45 or the Act of July 3, 1985, P.L. 164 No. 45) that has served the Commonwealth well for 20 years is being revised by the Department of Health Emergency Medical Services Office. This New Law will affect:

EVERY SERVICE (Volunteer, Non-profit, For-profit, Municipal, Fire)
EVERY PROVIDER (Air, ground, water)
EVERY COMMUNITY (Family, Friends, Visitors)

The EMS pioneers of this state developed an impressive EMS system but the time has come to revitalize, modernize and develop a new EMS ACT to take us forward in the interest of our patients, friends, families and visitors of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

This Is Your Opportunity To Impact And Improve Pennsylvania’s EMS System
